This is a macro lens that enables 1:1 shooting at a minimum shooting distance of 39.5cm. This lens uses a floating mechanism, independently-moving aperture mechanism, extraordinary-low dispersion glass, and other features. This enables effectively correcting of various types of aberration for obtaining sharp digital images with high contrast from the infinity end to the minimum shooting distance. This is a medium telephoto macro lens with a wide working distance for capturing the intensity of closeups of flowers or insects in outdoor settings. The focus limiter can be used to set the focusing distance range for increasing the speed of the autofocus.
